When You Can’t Visit a Parent with Dementia: Alternative Ways to Stay Connected
We take pride in providing a wide range of services and experiences, all thoughtfully tailored to promote the well-being of your loved one.

Our residents benefit from on-site services and amenities designed to support their well-being holistically.

We offer a dazzling variety of events, from music to themed activities and celebrations.

Our dining services offer sensory delights, with each dish thoughtfully prepared to meet individual dietary preferences and requirements.

My mom is doing really well here and I like that she is able to be a part of the activities and field trips with the other residents. The staff in the Memory Care are great with her. They make sure that she stays busy and she likes going down to the dining room as well. I would definitely recommend this community as the staff really care here.
Visit us just outside the center of Clifton Park off Route 146.

Visitors are always welcome.

Today is National Compliment Day! It’s a reminder to share encouragement and appreciation freely. Remember, it costs nothing to be kind, but the impact of a thoughtful word can last a lifetime!
Tell a friend they make you smile. Thank a caregiver for their dedication. Compliment a resident on their sense of humor or style. 😁
We’ve seen how positivity strengthens bonds and brightens spirits. Let’s make today—and every day—a little kinder.
